He has played in the NFL for the Dallas Cowboys and before that played for the legendary coach, Bobby Bowden at Florida State University as a 2x All American and back-to-back Jacob's Trophy winner.
Each year, Clay speaks to leaders around the globe. He is also co-founder of the UYL Retreat, a 3-day experience that has helped businessmen and their organizations grow in their leadership.
